The Dates Cleaning and Polishing Line from SmartMak™ is a useful lines for factories or shops that want to clean and polish dates before selling or packing them. The line works with a high production capacity of up to 1.5 tons per hour.

The process begins with the dates being emptied from their boxes onto the line's feeding conveyor. The conveyor then transfers the dates to a specialized vibrating belt designed to separate sticks and other impurities from the dates. Subsequently, the dates are conveyed to the polishing unit, which consists of special brushes that gently polish the dates without causing any damage, resulting in a visually attractive shine on the final product.
