Dates Fumigation Chamber
The Dates Fumigation Chamber from SmartMak™ has been designed with a working mechanism that draws the air completely from inside the sealed chamber through the included vacuum pumps, and then the gas used for sterilization is pumped into the unit from the bottom to the top continuously by pneumatic motors in order to ensure that gas reaches every cubic centimeter inside the unit, the chamber is heated by overhead heaters to aid in the sterilization process.
Usually, a mixture of CO2 gas with ethyl formate is used for sterilization, and cylinders containing a ready mix of the two gases can be used, but we provide you with the possibility of adding a gas mixer as an optional accessory to the room, which enables you to obtain the mixture directly and thus save the cost of the Ready-made cylinders.
The entire system is completely operated by an electronic control unit (PLC) that has been incorporated to control the time of gas discharge, flow and distribution within the unit.
