Date Bars Production and Packing Line from SmartMAK™ is designed for producing Date Bars mixed with Nuts starting from their initial ingredients.

Flow Chart - Date Bars Production Machine

The line begins by blending and homogenizing the ingredients, where nuts or any other components can be added through the homogenizer to be mixed with the main ingredient, which is the date paste. Then, this paste moves through a conveyor, equipped with a scraper to automatically clean the belt, to the date bars production machine, which shapes the paste into bars of various sizes and thicknesses according to the demand. Finally, the product reaches the horizontal packing machine, which forms the bag and automatically packs the date bars inside.

This machine can produce date bars using both coarse and soft dates. Moreover, it is easy to dismantle the machine head for cleaning purposes.
