Solid Materials Packing Machine (in Sacks) from SmartMak™ is a practical solution for packing solid materials of suitable consistency in burlap or nylon sacks and sealing them.
This machine fills rice, sugar and similar materials in sacks with weights ranging between 5-50 kg in each sack.
A sealing step is implemented to close the sack with a thermal welding mechanism if nylon sacks are used, or the sacks are sewn if burlap sacks are used.
The machine can also be equipped with an automatic bag feeder for a fully automated process.
